Compliance
Iroquois Memorial is committed to providing a work environment of honesty, integrity and trust. To further this commitment, a Compliance Hotline has been established to provide all employees and independent contractors with a mechanism to report concerns regarding ethical or legal issues that they may confront in the workplace.

Should you identify a legal or ethical issue, you are encouraged to speak with your Supervisor, Director of Human Resources, Vice President, or the CEO. If these options are not available or you feel uncomfortable using them, you may report your information to the Compliance Hotline at (815) 432-7799.

The Compliance Hotline is a resource to report any legal or ethical issues such as:

Fraudulent Billing Practices
Improper Accounting or Record Keeping
Conflicts of Interest
Receipt of Business Courtesies or Gifts
Improper Relationships with Government Officials or Regulatory Agencies

Employees are encouraged to immediately report any of the above suspected improprieties and do so without fear of reprisal or retribution. It is expected that all reports will be made in good faith.

When using the Hotline, you may choose to remain anonymous. If you feel uncomfortable using the Compliance Hotline, you may contact the Office of Inspector General directly at 1 (800) HHS-TIPS (447-8477).

To learn more about the Compliance Hotline, refer to the Administrative Section of the Hospital Policy Manual.
