IMH FITNESS CENTER

The IMH Fitness Center is located at the Iroquois Regional Health Center at 200 Laird Lane in Watseka. The fitness center is available to all community members for a low monthly fee. The fitness center staff encourages people of all fitness levels to exercise in a comfortable environment. Exercisers can workout with their own program or ask the fitness center staff for help in setting up a specialized program to help meet their fitness goals.
We offer:

5 bikes including 2 recumbent
2 treadmills
1 elliptical
1 stairmaster
1 upper body ergometer (arms-only bike)
Weight machine circuit
Dumbbells, therabands, medicine balls, exercise balls
Equipment orientation (required during the first session)
Specialized program design (by appointment)

Cost:
$20 first month
$15 each month after (due the beginning of each month
Mention the IMH website and receive $5 off the first month (new memberships only)
